Your information, handled simply.
Nacin Design is a small website design service. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you send me and how to get it removed.
What I collect
Whatever you type into the contact or inquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, business type, the style and features you want, your budget range, and your description of the website you're picturing.
If you call or message me on Instagram, I receive whatever you send me there.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you, understand what you want built, quote for it, and build your website.
That's it. I don't run advertising, I don't sell data, and I don't build marketing profiles.
Who sees it
Me — Nacin Design. Your submission is delivered to my inbox and stored in the Landingsite forms dashboard, which is the platform this website runs on.
If we work together and you choose to host elsewhere or use your own domain, those providers will hold details you give them directly. Their privacy policies apply to that.
How long I keep it
If you enquire but we don't work together, I keep your message only as long as it's useful for replying, then delete it on request.
If we do work together, I keep our project correspondence so I can support you afterwards. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising pixels.
The contact form uses a security check (CAPTCHA) to stop spam, which is what keeps your inbox and mine clean. It exists purely for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask me to delete it.
You can ask me to stop contacting you, and I will. No hard feelings and no follow-up sequence.
Getting in touch
For any privacy question — including asking me to delete your message — call or text 728-900-6715, or message @nacin_design on Instagram. I'll respond within 24 hours.
This page describes how this website handles your information. It isn't legal advice, and if you need a formal agreement for a project, just ask.
Questions about any of this?
Just ask — I'd rather answer directly than have you wonder.
