I read everything properly, then decide the design direction, write the words, build the pages and wire up your contact details and links. You're not left wondering — I message you with progress instead of going quiet for a week.
No work needed from you
You see the finished website
I send you the complete website to look through on your phone and computer. This is the moment it stops being an idea and becomes something real you can actually show people.

5 rounds of revisions
Anything you want changed — wording, colours, photos, section order — you tell me and I adjust it. You get five full rounds, so nothing ships until it feels like yours.
Included in the price
You pay, then it's yours
Once you're happy, you pay $250 — one time, no subscription. Then I transfer the website directly to you, so you own it outright and it lives on your own domain.

The questions everyone asks
Do I need to know anything technical?
None at all. You never touch a builder, a plugin or a line of code. If you can send a message, you can have a website.
Do I have to be local to you?
No — this is an online service and it works wherever you are in the world. Everything happens by message.
What if I don't like it?
That's what the 5 rounds of revisions are for. You tell me what to change and I change it. You only pay once you're happy with the result.
Are there monthly fees?
Not from me. You pay $250 once for the design and build. After it's transferred to you, the website is yours.
What if my idea is really simple?
Then say so — very simple designs are price negotiable. Tell me what your business needs and we'll work something out.

No monthly cost from me
One payment of $250 and we're finished. There's no subscription and no retainer to keep your site online.
Hosting is separate — on your side
After transfer, you host the website yourself with any hosting provider you choose. That's billed by them, not by me.
Your domain is separate too
Your domain name is registered and paid for on your own account, so nobody can ever hold it over you.
