5 rounds of revisions: you tell me what to change and I change it.

The website transferred directly to you once it's paid for.

The standard custom website is $250, paid once. Very simple designs are price negotiable — talk to me before we start and we'll agree a figure.

Larger scopes (an online store, a booking system, many pages) are quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work begins.

You are not asked to pay until you have seen the finished website and are happy with it.

Five rounds of revisions are included. A round is a set of changes you send me together — I make them, then send the site back for you to review.

Small ongoing tweaks after launch aren't part of this. If you need changes later, just ask and I'll tell you what it would take.

Once paid, you own the finished website outright. It is transferred to you and is not rented, locked to me, or subject to a monthly fee from me.

Hosting is arranged and paid for by you, with any hosting provider you choose. It is a separate cost, billed by that provider.

Your domain name is registered and paid for on your own account, so it stays under your control.

I'll happily walk you through what to buy and where — most clients find it cheaper than they expect.

A description of your business and what you want, and prompt feedback during the revision rounds so the project keeps moving.

Any content you want on the site — logos, photos, text — or the go-ahead for me to write it.

Anything you send me, you confirm you have the right to use.
